Description
The GKJ C-GIS series is a compact, metal-enclosed medium-voltage switchgear that uses SF₆ (or dry air/N₂ on request) as the primary insulating medium inside a stainless-steel, hermetically sealed tank. It is engineered for three-phase AC distribution and section-alizing systems in transmission and substations, industrial/mining facilities, rail transit, renewable plants, and dense urban networks—especially where humidity, dust, altitude, or pollution demand IP-rated, corrosion-resistant equipment.
A horizontally arranged VKJY vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) is integrated as the main switching device. A mechanically linked three-position switch (Close–Open–Earth) provides make/isolate/earthing in one unit, simplifying primary layouts and improving interlocking safety. The intelligent control module monitors breaker status, three-position switch position, gas pressure, and spring energy storage; it also acquires voltage/current/energy/frequency, logs faults, and supports conventional secondary control for streamlined on-site commissioning.
